1. Use of the website
You may browse remindy.in and submit enquiries in good faith. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, any CRM subfolder, or any Customer's data, and not to use automated tools to scrape, download, or copy site content or software without written permission.
2. CRM software & demo access
Any CRM instance, demo environment, or subfolder provided to a Customer is licensed for that Customer's use only. Login credentials must not be shared outside the authorized business. We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse, unauthorized sharing, or attempted unauthorized access is detected.
3. Intellectual property
All content, software, design and branding on remindy.in and within the CRM products are the property of GrowthHub Media or its licensors and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or redistributed without prior written consent.
4. Fees and demos
Demo requests submitted through this website are free and non-binding. Any paid engagement will be governed by a separate service agreement or quotation shared directly with the Customer.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, upgrades or factors outside our control may cause temporary downtime.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GrowthHub Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where GrowthHub Media is registered.
